Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with great views. Front bedroom with twin beds had only sheets no duvet or curtains unlike other bedrooms. Not great when it is a kids bedroom. Swimming pool was great. Note only the big pool is heated.

Our family had the best experience at The Berkley, Orlando! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the place was nice, spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. The best staff at any resort we have ever stayed at. It was clean, very well taken care of. The pool and hot tub area was always in pristine cleanliness. My only complaint is the furniture, it’s not a comfortable couch and the living room chairs weren’t any better.

Great condo hotel close to Disney. The rooms and facilities were definitely a step above most other timeshare properties in Orlando, and without the sales pitch. Nice pool and lobby area, and free parking with good wifi. Our 2 bed 2 bath unit was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property but beware of the Alligators just outside the property grounds. Lots of beautiful birds to be seen. I saw woodpecker, crane, stork, cormorant, vulture and others, all on the property grounds. I wish I had brought my binoculars.
