The Eo Inn was okay for a night or two. We stayed because we wanted to be near Lake Eola, which is overall a nice and walkable neighborhood. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable.
There were unhoused/homeless people sleeping just outside of the building, and the place is not staffed past 6p (they give you a number to call). We understand the building is older, but some of the holes and damage to the walls looked like they had been there for a long time. The door from the bathroom to the hallway (for a connected suite?) was a bit odd. The steam shower didn’t work and the showerhead needed cleaned. The toiletries felt like we were from the 90 (glycerin soap bar; scent of toiletries). I’d stay for a short stay, on a budget.
