Flooded room
Our shower had no shower pan and within 3 minutes flooded the bathroom, the room and ran into the hallway. We noticed the floors in the hallway before hand looked bubbled and warped. Made perfect sense after the water from my shower ran into the hallway. The staff we spoke to about it told us there was no supervisor or manager on duty and we would have to call back Monday. She also acted like they have never heard of this problem before. Lies. There is no way we were the first to experience this. I could have slipped and hurt my self. It took all of our towels to soak up what we could and we still had water in our room.

Do not stay here !!! Worse hotel I’ve ever been too . The place is filthy , has roaches , staff is rude . The only reason I gave it a star is because that was the only choice I had . It doesn’t even deserve a star . This place should be shut down by the department of health .

Stains on bed. Hair on floor and toilet paper when we got there. It was a bed though for us to sleep in for the night. Wasn’t expecting luxury for the price, but cleanliness lacks.

The exterior of the hotel is well maintained and the lobby is clean and well organized. The room however was not as good. We had a leaky tub and creaky bed that made sounds very time I turned. The floor and bathroom was not cleaned. Since it was an overnight stay we made do. The staff however are so polite and friendly.

This hotel is run down from everything to their bathroom set up to what they call a suite. Which had an I’ll placed kitchenette. Their blankets are terrible, Ac didn’t work well and it wasn’t pleasant. The beds probably haven’t been replaced in 10-15yrs. It was a terrible room. I expected a Wyndham property to be at a better standard. Lesson learned.

Firstly, as you walked into the main doors, there was a potted plants leaking dirty water all over the floor! There was a caution sign placed, but it was not cleaned up and the puddle stayed there over 24hrs. Then we check in, go inside the room, and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants! Bed sheets tattered and garbage all over! We get a new room, it has a really funky smell!! At night, once settled, there were little black moths all over the ceiling!! Definitely would not go back or recommend.

It listed that there is a shuttle to the Universal Studios, but the shuttle times are inconvenient and not announced to where you could utilize them. Bugs in the hallway breakfast was mediocre. Smell like mildew.
