Estivemos no Hotel por uma semana e adoramos a estadia o pessoal da recepção, especialmente o Ricardo e uma mocinha ruiva q não recordo o nome, são excepcionais!! Nós amamos a afetividade e presteza com q fomos tratados!! Parabéns a toda a equipe!! A equipe da limpeza também merece um destaque especial!! O hotel é muito limpo e há um discretíssimo cheiro que sentimos nos corredores. Tenho de informar que o chão não tem carpetes em qualquer espaço, o que é espetacular!!! O café da manhã é no estilo americano e senti falta da aveia e de ovos. Mas tem café, leite, cereal, bolinhos, pães, sucos de laranja e maçãs (nem sempre), wafles (para fazer na hora). Como sugestão, seria maravilhoso ter bananas no café da manhã!! E tudo é sempre muito organizado!!

Took over 15 minutes to check in even though we had pre checked in online. Room had no trash can(???). Lumpy and thin mattress. Walls were thin, could here neighbors toilets flush, as well as full blown conversations. Door didn’t want to lock without jamming it into the jam. Found dark long hairs in the bathroom. Terrible to find parking. Overall served the purpose for our one night stay for HHN but would not be staying here again.
