While the bus service to Disney parks left something to be desired (they were so late we ended up driving ourselves), everything and everyone else was exceptional. The room was perfect, front desk staff kind and knowledgeable, and all hotel amenities and surrounding areas were exceptional in cleanliness and service.

I loved the Delta stay The morning buffet is worth going too and paying for! Outdated rooms but I felt very safe and it was close to everything!

After reading the bad reviews I was like what did I book . But when I tell you we didn’t run into any of it . From the fast and friendly checkin with Todd to the Starbucks and pool staff they were wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable . There are no microwaves in the room so we had to go to lobby. We were here for a basketball tournament and the boys had a great time and loved the pool. So we will be back .

There didn't seem to be anyone cleaning up the pool area. People dropped or left food on the ground and it was pretty gross. house Staff didn't speak english, so when i was lost on the resort I couldn't get an answer answered in English. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to Disney.

They layout, pool, landscaping were very well designed, but poorly maintained. There was garbage all over and watched staff walk right by it. Experienced billing issues, being locked out of my room multiple times, and the daily parking fee of $25 was excessive.

I didn't like paying for parking or for a "resort" experience when this is clearly an old run down hotel which is in dire need of maintenance. The lobby looks nice; that's about it. Rooms are poorly lit. Putting a coat of paint on an old hotel doesn't trick anyone. This place is covered in green mildew; hallways had the smell of mold. It needs a whole revamp or knock down. After all the sneaky last minute fees, I should have just stayed on Disney Property for the same price! Shuttle only runs once per day to each park.

The overall property on the outside looks nice. The lobby and check-in area also look really nice. Regarding the inside the hotel the rooms and carpet are dated. Also ice maker didn't work.
