The room itself was clean and we had a great pool view from the 5th floor. The indoor bar was staffed with great personnel that were attentive and but the outdoor bar lacked customer service....both nights we were ignored sitting at the bar with no drinks in front of us and pool walk ups were given priority over sitting barside customers. ..the rooms tub faucet would drip all day and night no matter how hard you turned it off and the maindoor deadbolt wouldn't engage after being flipped...

The property was beautiful, the pool area had a slide for the kids and a water fall. We really enjoyed the pool at night. They close at 10 pm. I will definitely return.

Do yourself a favor and skip staying at Delta hotels. I frequently stay at hotels throughout the week for work, the excessive fees are ridiculous compared to other top brands such as Hilton or Melia
