This property is huge! Multiple pools, water park was perfect for our "off day". We enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. We had a 2 br suite for our family of 4 and it was perfect. Very spacious, large bathrooms and plenty of space. Washer/Dryer a huge plus as well as full kitchen. Restaurants onsite are ok. More convenient that anything. We ordered out multiple nights. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. I was a little concerned about the drive time to the attractions, but it was never really an issue.

The rooms were not clean, carpets were filthy and full of human hair that kept getting caught in my shoes. The food is over priced and not good. Tips are included but should be disclosed at time of booking. The grounds are kept up on the exterior. The rooms are spacious size for a family of 6. Although the first two days of our stay the weather did not favor us the staff were very accommodating. Hallways ate outdated. Arcade room carpet should be removed smells old and odorous. If things are changed we might return.

This resort was great. At check-in I did have an issue with my room. The sheets were stained and there was a cotton swab and potato chip in one of the beds. This issue was reported shortly after check-in approx 4:30pm and it was not resolved until 9pm. The manager did offer me a late checkout at 1pm for the inconvenience. There did appear to be areas of water damage in the room (3404 E wing). Other than that, the room was pretty clean and comfortable and appeared as pictured online. The water park was great never over crowded and the staff was very attentive.

We arrived and were met by the front desk person who was annoyed to be working that day. He never told us that there is a pool we can go to and not pay the $50 day “water park “ price. Additionally there was a $ 25 per day parking fee for the car which we were not told when we booked the room. That was an additional $450 on top of the already payed trip price. It rained two days, you’d think they would refund us $100. We walked to our room to find an extremely outdated apt after we were told that we were moved there due to the fact that the new building was not ready yet. Rusty bathtubs, old stained towels and only 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels. No daily housekeeping services, garbage picked up every 3 days. Dirty floors and smelly bed sheets. We made it to the “water park” if that is what you want to call it, 2 slides, lazy river and a large pool. Here is the kicker only have limited umbrellas available in the scorching Florida sun. You can reserve seats with umbrellas for $75 a day. Basically Skin Cancer haven, they do not care, complete health hazard. Packed place and only 10 umbrellas available, the rental ones no one used. This place is a major rip off, save your money, go to a different place. They misguide people with their marketing pictures, they just want to rip you off as much as possible. Over my dead body will I ever come back or ever recommend it to anyone.

It’s not hotel or a resort it’s apartments they don’t provide cleaning if you want they asking you for it 125$ The Water park opening is late and closes early The staff is tired it was raining And I tried to find out if the waterpark is open in the reception of the lobby they told me no it’s close and when I walked, I found out that the park is open. It’s nice if you’re looking for an apartment renting like Airbnb!

Nice resort. Enjoyed the pools and water park. Our room didn’t have any body wash in either bathrooms, we had light bulbs not screwed in, there was not enough dishes for the amount of people and we had 2 towels for 5 people. We had one hand towel and no face cloths. There was someone’s clothes behind the dresser and some garbage from the previous people who were in the room. We also never saw any staff besides at the water park or the lobby. Resort is very confusing to find rooms, easy to get lost walking around inside.

There is only one dining area with very little option on the menu. The wifi in the pool area was really weak. If you need to go out to dine the locations were far off. Delivery take out food was about a 40-45 min ride.

This resort is definitely a must. The cleanliness of our room and property was excellent, the basic supplies we needed was provided. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the weather no fault of the Grove resort of course, but it rained alot this week so access to the pool and waterpark was sporadic. Would definitely recommend. 👌

There were multiple water leaks in the buildings and it smelt like mold. Our room had broken cookware and no hand soap, conditioner, shampoo, or body wash. The containers that did have very little had broken pumps.
