We stayed at this hotel when it first opened years ago. We were very impressed. The rooms were clean. It looked like a brand new hotel. However, our experience this time was much different. My wife and I noticed that their was lack of upkeep of the resort. Hall doors were old looking with missing paint. Also, bottom trim from wall was peeling off in multiple areas. Overall, our room was clean. But the shades were old and danty in certain rooms. In fact, the curtains appeared to not fit. Needs major upkeep.

We had a fantastic vacation! Everything was very clean, waterpark and pools were amazing! The room we stayed in L2307 did need dishwasher repair. It didn’t clean dishes, the tv in the bedroom to left of family room didn’t work. I with there was more/better blankets and dinnerware. We had an amazing time and were thankful to have stayed at the Grove! Thank you!

Paths leading to water park need to be redone. I fell and busted my knee on the cement because of it being uneven and cracked. Made my stay uncomfortable and annoying.
