The front desk guy was not helpful and he did not communicate at all. We had issues getting into our room because the door wouldn’t open. He didn’t come to help until after going to the lobby three times. He switched out singular room key that he gave us with one that didn’t work.

Location

The property is outdated but it is clean. The faucet in our room dripped, and the light in the sink didn’t work. The elevator is not functioning. The front desk person was surprised when asked him about trash disposal and wanted me to take the bags to the Donkin Donuts dumpster. I think the toilet paper and trash bags are limited to one roll. This place has a great location and lots of potential, the staff is great and friendly. I hope the administration make the right moves to improve the place.

No elevator! Im disabled and had to trudge up stairs 2 times only to find TV remote did not work. Trudged back down stairs for batteies, which they did not have. Gave me a different remote that didn't work with tv. There is no telephone in room. Had to google hotel for phone# to get wifi password and what I got, was wrong or couldn't understand her. (She was nice) There is mold around tub, fingerprints all over windows and tv. Dresser drawer was off hinges and hanging when I got there!! Bed was super great and pillows amazing. If it wasn't so I would have left. Why isnt the wifi password i the room??
