Not a bad property but very dismissive that my TV did not work and my remote did not work and then I said do you have any extra batteries and he just said no obviously this is a big hotel. They have batteries. I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time I don’t wanna inconvenience them again.

The rooms are very spacious but, decor is shabby and sparse; could have used a full length mirror on one of the bare walls. Staff could be a little more hospitable; Included breakfast did not start at 6:30am as advertised which was very inconvenient as I was trying to get out of there as early as possible to avoid the hurricane. I asked for extra creamer in my room and it was never delivered at I was told.
