We arrived from Miami with a 1 year old and 10 year old. Exhausted and wanting to eat UNOs and sleep. The beds were disgusting with hair and stains. We have videos and photos. So I simply called and asked for everything new. I was willing to change everything myself which I started too change everything and put my daughter to sleep. Well the cherry on top was the new sheets brought by staff in a plastic bag had white milk or something crusty. While I was changing the sheets I touched it on accident vomiting from how disgusting. So we spent 2 hours there and packed up and booked another hotel. The hotel then mentioned to Expedia we are a no show?!?? Excuse me???? I have pictures and video and a key card left over

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The facilities are clean and rooms are spacious but the pillows are terrible. The breakfast is a complete disaster. The area is small and they run out of food everyday I was there. Im not sure I will come back.

Room service terrible they would come to clean rooby the end of business day like 4:30 to 5pm and when they come bathtub was only clean once out of the 8 day we stay. We book for 9days but left a day early. The room and bathroom for was never clean during our stay
