The beds were not queen-size like the ones we reserved and the sofa bed was in very poor condition, inhumane for sleeping in a hotel. The young man who attended to us in the lobby was not friendly and did not want to speak Spanish and was a Latino. The cleaning was not good, the breakfast was not tasty. I would not return nor recommend it.

We booked our room through Expedia. I had put in the fact that it needed to be a room for five people but when we got there it was only two queen beds. The picture had made it look like there was also a sofa bed, but there was not. The supervisor at Towneplace Suites was awesome and changed our room without an upgrade in cost. It was an extremely busy time and they only had one available bigger room. We really appreciated how nice and quick to fix the issue that he was. The place is also very clean comfortable and quiet. It is a dog friendly hotel, but the walls seem to be thick so you don’t hear any dogs. Our two dogs had a great experience as well. The free buffet breakfast is also great! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.
