i was disgusted and annoyed we had 3 nights stay no cleaning been done , we didn’t use the dish washer it had full of water underneath leaking , while reported staff different staff came up with different policies i want refund or part of my money back the stress i have been through , breakfast had very limited option no option for vegan or Muslims , while complaining for cleaning 4 other guests complained one guest complained about bugs in their room ! Laundry service was meant to be payable from our pocket but staff didn’t bother putting enough coins asked us to go to the other winter building to get change while thunderstorms going and heavy rain i was wet they offered us only $15 which we refused to take we wanted the service instead but all they kept saying they need to investigate further and i booked through third party so nothing can be done i need someone from expedia to enquiry about it and get refund

We have stayed at this property before and like the kitchen feature as it's handy when you are staying 10 days like we did. However several days went by and no housekeeping so i had to eventually ask. Also 3 attempts later to fix our ac unit without success so we had a room that was 83 all week. Otherwise breakfast included the items you would expect from florida hotels, including the facility to make your own waffles which my children like. Overall a good hotel.

Kevin and 3 overnight ladies at the desk were very nice, the manager Christine was a bit rude when we asked if we could get a complimentary upgrade (which was offered to us at the hotel we usually stay when we go to Disney), the food is delicious (although a bit of change would likely be appreciated), and the shuttle bus to Disney parks is helpful.

Loved my stay here, the team were lovely, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean and well organised. The free transfers to Disney are an excellent bonus - get in early to get your seat as they are limited. The complimentary breakfast buffet was beyond what I was expecting, with an incredible variety of options. Definitely recommend as a place to stay if visiting Disney in the area
