We had to change rooms after the ac did not work. I did not get even a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The employees were not very sympathetic to our problem and did not gave us any discount to make up for the inconvenience of packing up and moving to another room at 10:00 pm.

I had plans to park my car next-door for $10 , well , So much for that because I told the guy that I was going to run and check in and drop off my luggage. He took the liberty to go park my car so I ended up paying $35 because they had to do valet but I don’t wanna park my car. I only wanted to get off and drop off my stuff. , I think there’s something behind that, and I really want to say it was done intentionally , also , aside from that , I literally had to beg the lady at the front desk if I can stay till 12 since we weren’t sleep deprived , ( mind you , the hotel was literally empty ) Her alibi was that housekeeping cannot approve it because the hotel was full ( big lie ) And this morning when we went to have breakfast, I order my two omelettes, but my wife has some illness. We had to go upstairs take her pressure and give her her medicine and when we came back downstairs, we found out the staff throwaway or breakfast, which we didn’t even get to touch. She didn’t apologize and tell me no problem I’ll make you another omelette just to find out they billed me for that omelette , If there’s anything good about this hotel is the price and a comfortable bed , Nothing in the area was available to eat , And all the cars that are making noises or audible from inside my room . Anyway… If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place, but if the noise doesn’t bother you, the beds are comfortable and the towels are clean 👍
