I had an issue right away with the hot water at the hotel. My room had no hot water so at 2am they had to switch my room. The new room had luke warm water at best.. the swimming pool was supposed to be heated and it was ice cold. I was told when I checked in at 10pm that the pool was closed for the night, but then seen a family outside at the pool. The breakfast was horrible. It tasted worse than hospital food. I recommend only eating the yogurt, fruit, and the bagels. The staff was very nice. This hotel would be 1 star if it wasn’t for the friendly staff.
