Great new Hotel

The hotel is brand new so there is not much to say on the negaitve side. The beds were comfortable. Parking was are only issue.We were told by the front desk to use our room key to get out and it did not work we had to pay again for parking as it would not let us out without paying again

I was double charged for my room - Expedia and onsite room charges. This is still not resolved. Lack of dining options as well. Elevator layout creates constant gridlock. I paid for a room view and was given a parking lot view.

The resort is very basic. The dining options are very limited. The rooms are made up every second day and the lighting is on full blast all night. The pool is very nice and a good temperature and the life guards are very alert. The resort is in a good location and I'm sure it will get better as they only just opened.

Food was good but not great

Nice and new. Food choices were OK but some meals were not worth the price. A Hotdog with no fries is $9 US. A pasta dish with bolognese sauce was $19 US and the portion size was small for example. They have tomato soup on the menu and I'm pretty sure the pizza sauce is the same tomato soup. The fish and chips were a greasy mess that was frozen High Liner breaded cod that you would buy at the grocery store and it was expensive enough. The facilities were great along with service but the food choices and prices would probably stop me from rebooking.

Excelente! Somente no ckeck in , tem que ficar bem alerta , pois queriam me cobrar a estadia que ja estava paga . O mesmo aconteceu no check in do meu genro , o normal é eles cobrarem uma caução de US$ 100,00 "for incidents" mas debitaram US$ 700,00 , ele não percebeu pois não aparece o valor na tela da maquininha. Só depois conversando comigo é que percebeu o erro .

Epic. Horrível!!

Um hotel sem nenhum tipo de apoio interno. Vc faz tudo … descarrega mala, estaciona o veículo etc etc. Fomos no Epic. Péssimo. Muitas atrações fechadas e o absurdo o valor do ingresso s vc não consegue ir nos brinquedos pois os melhores são agendados no dia pelo aplicativo. Absurdo.
