I had a great time during my stay at adventura! Guest service was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was the rooftop closing early on some nights due to the weather, but even when the weather was nice I realized that they closed pretty early. The rooftop is the main attraction at adventura and it’s absolutely beautiful, I expected the service to be a lot better since it was slow but they took about 10 - 15 minutes just to drop off a menu & water to me at the bar. Other than that, the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very attentive and helpful. They fulfilled all of our needs. Thank you! I will be back!

The property and pool were great. They have a lot of quick hot meals to choose from on 1st floor. They have a free shuttle to Universal. Note, you have to call 24 hours in advance to get the shuttle from the airport. I didnt know this so ended up paying $75 for a cab.

1)They clean the rooms every other day only. 2)They said there was a vending machine in floor#4 but i never found it 3) we asked the desk for help to upgrade our ticket to a express ticket. They said it will cost almost $300 more. We knew that couldn’t be true so we went to the park and upgraded for only 120 each.

Quiet room, though quite cramped. Great shower (no bath). Could've used a complimentary lotion/makeup remover or nicer toiletries. Food court was really handy but some of the food items were almost too upscale, need some basic options for younger guests (other than pizza). Totally walkable to City Walk if you hate the park shuttles like we do.

This hotel was a great option for going to Universal. The shuttle bus is a nice amenity so you don’t have to worry about finding parking. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. My only complaint was the bad smell at the pool bar area. It smelled terrible while we were trying to relax and have a drink. Not sure if it’s a regular thing but it was there for the 2 nights we spent at the hotel. Other than that, the pool was very clean and relaxing.

Great updated hotel; convenient to the parks
Overall we were pleased with this hotel. One day we had technical difficulties with the iPad/TV set up but it was quickly resolved. We plan to return to this hotel in the future.

Lack of affordable food options. Bed was tight against the window making it very awkward for the second person to get in the bed. Other than very friendly and accommodating staff nothing to elevate this properly above average accommodation with ackward room design. Will not return.
