All the staff was great. They were very helpful and kindhearted. We loved the robots that delivered small toiletries to our room. The restaurant were good; however the parking is expensive.

Mixed messaging from Staff

We had a good time for the exception of a worker who told us at 9:01 am that we were not supposed to be in the pool area. The pool area opens at 9am. We sat in the pool chair around 8:57am. We were to go to Volcano Bay but i did not feel well so my husband went in the pool. When the man told us we werent supposed to be there because the pool opens at 9am; I asked him what time was it- he said 9:01 am. Then he said you guys were here earlier. I then asked why is the gate open before 9am he said its for guests going to Volcano Bay. Upon check in we were told that we could not go through the pool to get to Volcano Bay due to the pool area not being opened. We were told upon check-in that we would need to walk in front of the hotel then go the path that would take us to the pool gate which woukd take us to the path to Volcano Bay. So clearly there is a discrepancy internally-pool side security worker guy told us the pool gate is open before 9am to allow Volcano Bay guests to go through but at 9:01 am tells us we were not suposed to be there. Check-in receptionist who was very nice told us something opposite. For the amount we paid we should not encounter that. Aside from that we had a great time.

From check-in to check out the whole experience was absolutely amazing! The price point is reasonably. This was much better than all the premier hotels due to the highest technology! No express pass but the stay was absolutely MUCH better! I recommend this hotel one million times!

The busses took an hour to show up the first day. And the drink machines downstairs are a rip off. They charge $5 for a soft drink out of the machine, it only let you fill up your cup 1/2 way and then makes you wait 2 plus minutes before you can use the machine again and that cup is only good for 1 hour of use. They try and push you to the $20 unlimited per day cup. It’s a total JOKE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO GET A BEVERAGE.
