Absolutely love staying here! Very kid friendly, lots to do. If you get tired of roaming the hotel, with your room key you can go to the other universal hotels and get access to their pools and restaurants. There’s constant shuttles to City Walk until 2 AM! They take you and bring you back to the hotel. Room service is great, good service great food! No complaints

Cabana Bay is a great family hotel. The hotel lacks healthy food options in a full-service capacity. We had an incident where the music was so loud on a Sunday morning that we all woke up to it. We were told this is the standard. When I asked a manager why they would blare music for the one person at the pool (8:10 am) versus the 100s sleeping, they turned it down. I genuinely think this was an error but why it has to be pointed out baffles me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our trip.

I really enjoyed this property. Affordable, the retro feel, the oldies music, and the beds were very comfortable. My children and I really like the view of Volcano Bay...such a fun resort and very close to all the other Universal Studio parks. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would return to this resort.

The food at the Galaxy Bowl restaurant was great! The pizza from Delizioso was delicious especially for a late night dinner after all the fun at Epic and Islands of adventure. The shakes and malts were amazing!! Banana split was spectacular!
