Friendly staff, nice pool, nice room, convenient location. But i was surprised one of the smart gates, entrance from parking to building #4, the door was broken - it looked ugly. I reported this the second morning, but by the end of the day nothing had been done, not even a 'caution' sign. I have a image to show, but I'm unable to upload.

The location and bussing is great. I had 2 issues. A huge nasty spot on the floor and i needed something in the middle of the night and waited up for 2 hours for housekeeping to bring it and they never did. The parking was super expensive and does not count on your rate. They also tried to upsell me and did it because the room said poolside but was actually a pool view. Overall super disappointed. Additionally, i let them know when asked on feedback and never heard back. I guess i was hoping they would correct the scam of the poolside room i paid for.
