Room was good condition and no issues with staff. However for a universal resort it was a little unerwhelming. Food was average cafeteria style and still expensive. Pool was decent and had a bar. Early entry to the park and transportation were great perks.

Great hotel and pretty incredible cafe with a large selection of food offerings. Pool and poolside bar are perfect for a hot day. Bus schedule to the parks are quick and convenient. Only reason for the 4 star is the elevators in tower 1 were constantly making sounds. A few times throughout our stay they were in an out of order.

Great location on International drive. Easy to get to all of the parks, lots of restaurants near by. The room was comfortable, and clean. The food and drinks on property were better than expected. The busses to the park were easy to catch and super convenient. My only complaint was the noise. I could hear people multiple rooms away, and when everyone left in the morning, the doors slamming was really loud. Other than that it was a great stay.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttles to the parks are an excellent perk. The menu options at Pier 8 Market are good. I enjoyed a few meals there and was pleased with the variety and prices. There’s ample seating, too. The only complaint I have is that the guest room walls are thin, so you will hear guests in the rooms next to you. Hopefully this is something that can be corrected for quieter stays.
