The lobby and decode was very nice. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. The rooms were decent and pretty clean. The hallways didn’t smell fresh and the rugs were in need of a good vacuuming. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby, but the cafeteria food was not very good. All in all if you are looking for an affordable place to stay for a family with children, it’s not bad.

FAMILY GET AWAY , suite was great
Love this hotel ! Very comfortable , convenient and kid friendly. I will sugest a little playground for small kids , and Universal need to do better acomodating big families, the shuttle is convenient but they put to manny people in it that is uncomfortable , stroller should be able to go un without have to get them in folding , With small kids is very challenging. Other than that the beds ar so comfortable , Recomendation to put a recycling bin in each room to be ecofriendly
