I stayed 6 nights and I have no complaints about my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both smooth. The only downside was that you had to pay for parking and no complimentary breakfast; but that’s expected because of the area. The food options were good and the pool was great. I love that you hear music underwater. The shuttle bus to Universal was a plus; we used the shuttle 3 times. Each time we never had to wait for a bus as there was one always there waiting for guest. The ride was very short too. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a really affordable Universal property and i love the convenience of how close it is to the theme parks and thr convenient free shuttle service they offer. I like that they offer to hige pools for each tower. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and laye night food is also available at Pier 8 Market. Will definitely be staying again!
