We loved everything about our stay at Surfside! The convenience of being able to take the shuttle to the parks was great! We never had to wait more than 10 minutes either direction. The beds were super cozy and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I also loved having a Starbucks in the lobby as well as the restaurant which offered a ton an options at a great price! The pool was huge! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come back!!

An almost perfect stay. Really great location with fabulous friendly helpful staff. The shuttle service was excellent and we only ever waited a few minutes for a shuttle. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was spacious and well equipped.

Love the continuous transportation available to City Walk. Room could be a little noisy. When our neighbor opened their door it sounded like they were opening our door. You can hear your neighbors TV, toilet flushing, tub running, walking across the floor. Maybe this is because we never turn our TV on, so there is nothing to drown out normal sounds. Still a very enjoyable trip and we will definitely return in the future

Excellent hotel for Universal Parks, International Drive and shopping. We had a two room Suite which was great, own little kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Staff more than helpful, restaurant was nice and not too expensive.
