Way more pros than cons!
Staff members are fantastic, great customer service and attention. Walking distance to Islands of Adventure can’t be beat! Sleeping can be difficult if you’re a light sleeper. Hallway noise comes into the room with ease. Tips: make reservations at the Orchid sushi restaurant well in advance, refill water bottles for free at the TukTuk market. No recycling available.

Lovely hotel, perfect for Universal
Another nice stay, the foyer & pool are stunning, however some of the other areas are looking a bit tired & in need of a refurb. The restaurants serve fantastic food & the service was excellent. Great place to stay for access to the Universal parks & express cards worked perfectly. The only thing that put a downer on the stay for us, was on our final night returning to our rooms; my daughter’s door wouldn’t open for them. It turned out the battery had gone in the key card lock & it took 3 hours to get in to be able to change it. With a very tired 10 year old & wanting to get sorted for our flights home the next day, this was frustrating. It was all sorted to our satisfaction, the staff were wonderful & we would stay there again if we were going to the Universal parks.

For the price is it only worth it if you plan to go to universal other than that the room was very basic. My children joked the bathroom was bigger than the room. It’s a tad outdated and the caring ports more than half did not work and the ones that did were not next to the bed. The room was ok and smaller than what we are used to but gets the job done. The resorts itself is very nice and has a lot to offer. Breakfast buffet was $32/person.

Royal Pacific is always our #1 hotel to stay when we're visiting Universal! Upon entry, we immediately valet our car, because the cost to self-park is just under the cost to valet, so to us it's simply worth the expense. The valet crew is always so accommodating and friendly! Inside, the lobby is one of my favorites of all the park hotels. It's beautiful, relaxing, and it smells amazing! The check-in process is always seamless, and the staff are always helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. I put in a request with my reservation for a room close to the elevator, and upon check-in when I asked about it, they could not see the request on their end. They apologized and fixed it immediately, even calling to confirm the floor manager that the room assigned to me was in fact close to the elevator AND matched my water view booking. Excellent service! Next, the first floor dining room "Islands" has the BEST breakfast of all the hotels in my opinion! As a family of 5, it is crucial for us to get the day started right with breakfast for all of us. The dining room offers a buffet style breakfast option, and we automatically select it every time. Best breakfast before the parks! Last but not least, your room key acts as an Unlimited Express Pass for the parks! This is the BIGGEST reason we choose to stay here. The cost alone of Unlimited Express Passes is more than the room. So we get both Express and an amazing hotel for the price of one! Overall love Royal Pacific hotel. Best one!!

One of the great features this hotel offers is after paying for your $30 dollar parking fee (don't like) you get to keep your car there on check-out day while you go to the park on your final day (Like a lot) . The only problem we had is that the parking meter did not let us out at the end of the day, trying to charge us $109. We had to back our car up, go inside, and stand in line to get it fixed. Which they did for us. All in all, very happy.

This is our third time staying to the Royal Pacific. The hotel is in a prime spot when visiting Universal Studios. It’s a short 6 minute walk to Islands of Adventure, and has its own security checkpoint so you can bypass the busy general public lines. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and even a standard room is large enough even our family of four. Highly recommend, especially with the unlimited express pass included!

Great hotel with good facilities, we got a complimentary upgrade to a club room which gave access to the club lounge which was a great space to relax and have food/drink during the day. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming too. Express pass for the parks is a great bonus as well, especially during the thanksgiving rush. Room was clean, tidy and well appointed, only criticism would be the very soft pillows but that’s a personal preference thing
