Where should I start. Let’s just say I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts in the area and this one is the worst. Property is clean, room was clean. Check in was confusing, Bed was hard, room was sort of outdated, kitchen offered a stove top burner but no oven. Housekeeping failed to bring clean towelettes even after making 3 calls to the front desk. I checked out a day early because I was over the whole experience..never checked out early at any other property

- live and dead cockroaches in the apartment (6) - A/C and Thermostat did not work in my original room. Temp was 85 degrees. - Multiple calls to get rollout bed and linen for the bed - Keycards to enter the room would stop working after 1st or 2nd use… I had to request new cards everyday - Guest service was not in the same building, so long wait time for someone to bring what was needed or it required me to drive there to get it - Thermostat did not work in the new room… it was cold and I had a sick kid - Had to be relocated at 11:30pm on the first night due to all the issues listed above and I have 2 young kids

There were many pools to near all the buildings. The paltgroynd was near a pool towRds the front of the property and we stayed in the back, so we dis have to drive or walk over. The room was clean and very usable for a 3 days getaway with the family.
