It's an old building. Conditions of the building were far from 5 stars. I would give it a 2 because of the condition of the building. It wasn't dirty but not the best. Bed was in really bad condition.

Overall amazing stay

Overall our stay was amazing. Great location, very clean and very spacious. Check in process was very easy and the pools are a great size. The only thing i would recommend are firner pillow and coffee.

My toilet broke (the chain to the flapper valve). I reported it but no one came to fix it. So for the last 2 days I had to reach inside the toilet tank and manually lift the flapper valve to flush the toilet. Not exactly my idea of cleanliness. I was in building 12. They have 21 and still building. The apartment was clean and had a balcony facing the pool area which was real nice and clean. The reason I give it a 4 is: You need a car to get to restaurants and shopping. Upon your return at the unit, close parking is limited. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced and there is only 1 garbage disposal per building which is on the 2nd floor. Now I knew there was no stove in the unit, only a microwave and a 2 burner plate. It was ok with me but for some people it could be a deterrent.

I chose this resort for location and price. We stayed in the two room suite. The resort is within a 25 minute drive to all of the Orlando theme parks. There's plentiful food options close and a grocery store across the street. The set of buildings we stayed in were very dated. The pools and hot tubs were always crowded. We were in a set of 6 buildings, with 7 floors each, and I'd guess about 20 to 30 rooms per floor. We had two pools and two hot tubs, both average size. Also, in order to get your parking pass, you have to get signed up for their "90 minute" time share sales presentation, which actually takes about 3 hours of the day. I feel like the rooms could have been cleaned better and the patio doors did not slide easily. Overall, if you want location, convenience, and value, this is a good option.
