The hotel had a lot of positives, especially since it’s managed by Sheraton. We liked the main lobby, which was spacious and inviting, and there were plenty of dining options on-site, offering a variety of choices. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with a ferry service to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. However, getting to Magic Kingdom was a bit tricky, as no direct ferry was available to that park.
Our room was clean and well-maintained, but the bathroom was notably small. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the exhaust fan in our room, which wasn’t working properly. On top of that, a loud alarm went off twice while we were showering. The hotel sent a maintenance technician, who informed us that we’d need to switch rooms. He mentioned that the front desk would call us to arrange the move. We waited for over an hour, but no call came. After going down to the lobby ourselves, the hotel claimed it was our fault for not following up sooner.
At that point, we requested a room change, but by 1 p.m., we had already lost a lot of valuable time that we had planned to use at Disney. This delay was frustrating and impacted our schedule for the day. Additionally, when we checked out, we called for the bellman to assist with our luggage, but after 30 minutes, no one showed up. There was no communication from the hotel letting us know they couldn’t make it. Overall, it's a decent hotel to stay in, but do not expect any great services.
