Its ok the hotel not the great thing
All the staff was very friendly; check-in was easy and quick! I guess rooms are extremely simple, and I hate the carpets that don’t seem or smell super clean; low quality for the expense of the room! The place was not good; I would stay in another place next time since there is no comparison with a cheaper hotel. Oh i went to the bar for a cocktail and they pretend i was not there cuz they was busy

We enjoyed our first stay at the Swan Reserve. The staff was kind and helpful. Transportation options were easy to find and convenient. The common areas around the bar and lobby was perfect for working remotely. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the pool. It was quiet, safe, and close to the neighboring hotels. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. Room were clean. Hotel provided transportation to all 4 parks. Will definitely stay here again!

Like that you can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios but boat service to both parks runs efficiently. Bus service to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom is efficient. I wish bus went directly to Magic Kingdom instead of the the Transportation center. Would be worth walking to the BoardWalk resort nearby to catch a bus direct to Magic Kingdom.
