This hotel is very nice and I loved the bike rental and the swan boats but what was very bad was the hitten fees of the water park it cost 25 per person every day they advertise the water park as the main attraction buts its very unreasonable and the only reason we went was for the water park

The only thing I was disappointed about was that we did not have a patio or balcony with furniture to sit outside. Our balcony was just the walk way to our room. We really could have used an outdoor space.

I will never stay again.

I was disappointed to find out in order to go into the Waterpark that it was an additional charge. I feel like that should be in big letters somewhere because I specifically changed resorts for the pool (waterpark) picture. The pools that was available was dirty/warm and my son actually has very bad red eyes from the pool. Hot tub has dirt floating everywhere and the pools were very over crowded. Inside the hotel was very dingy and old. The carpets were nasty and it didn’t feel sanitary at all. Several of the dishes were missing. Very old in the inside and wasn’t comfortable. The showers felt slimy. The hot tub bath tub was so disgusting! It kept shooting out red/black/clear slimy stuff out the jets: we had someone come clean and they told us to keep it on and it was so gross even after being clean again.

Great experience as far as the amenities and properties but we kept experiencing trouble with the keycards. We stayed at the resort for 5 days and housekeeping didn’t come through at all and we had to request an blanket and towels upon arrival

I give us 3 out of star rating.

This was my 1st West gate stay. My room was clean but the jacuzzi wasn't as clean as it should be. Some of the jacuzzi jets didn't work. The patio furniture was also filthy. Full of dust and dirt. I was there for 2 nights and room service never came on our 2nd day. For it to be West gate I thought it would have been more up to a 5 star rating.
