The property is very spacious and well maintained overall. Rooms and bathroom were very clean as well. My only concern was with the sinks and shower which got clogged and water was not draining as it should.

Room was fantastic - large and clean with all the amenities. Only complaint is it needs blackout drapes, as the lights from the pool area are on all night and shine directly into the room. Besides that, everything was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Will stay again.

Unaware of what was unprovided. Screaming shower, nickel and dime, dishwasher coming out of wall, no breakfast like stated in the ad. For what they charge it was not worth it.

They had charged $34 a day in resort fees and still charged on top of that for other amenities on the property. The staff didn’t even know what was free. The cleaning lady spoke no English so it was impossible to get cleaning soap or coffee refill

Loved the amount of space in the suite and the comfort of the bed and pillows. Excellent touch with the huge roman tub in the suite! Point deductions are because 1) check in is inconvenient 2) the key cards were reset every day, so we had to go through the check in line at the end of every day when we were already tired and it was a hassle. By the time we left, the keys still didn't work. Go figure.
