Check in was horrible, their was a line that when in circles inside the lobby all the way to main entrance outside the building two corners around the building worst feeling ever I felt like I was going thru a court or shelter process.

The room smelt bad. The inside tub was disgustingly dirt and mouldy - the dishwasher nearly caught on fire - we moved room and same issue with tub - Expedia customers get out way at the our dated rooms at the back. Thumbs down

We waited for over 30 minutes to check in, this appears to be a time share based place and the check in process was horrendous. Every person was then greeted by a secondary person who then looked to try to upsell. We were able to opt out and get out of there and into the room. Everyone was friendly. Room was dated but relatively clean. There were some candy wrappers and baby wipes left in the room and the hot tub jets didnt work. We enjoyed the place nonetheless. My kids liked the playground and there is a nice lake with paddle boats and bikes you can rent. Lots to do. Just be patient as check in was exhausting

There was stains on the sheets for the pull out soft, hair clump came out as soon as you turned on the jetted tub and smell of weed came through at 11 o’clock at night from nearby room. I have a small child with asthma and smell was terrible for them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, room service is amazing, all of the workers were happy to help and happy about it. Overall a great experience for the price, the only "con" was how outdated the TV's are. The TVs are older and don't really match the nice room that you're in. Other than that, amazing

The property was beautiful, peaceful, safe, great view from both rooms and everything you needed to entertain yourself is on site. There are restaurants on site or if you prefer cooking, a walmart and publix is near by. The stay was not completely bad and I would go again. I checked in, requested a newly renovated room was informed were all taken so we received one of the older room. Fine. Upon entering the room, we were amazed. The deluxe villa including patio was beautiful and huge. We had view of the pool and the pond. My family and I were VERY happy. I always clean and disinfect before making myself comfy during any hotel stay. During cleaning, I noticed things were quite dirty and VERY dusty but we gave them the benefit of the doubt due to our overall happiness. Finished cleaning, unpacked and showered BUT i forgot to check the bed. Bed bugs found in both rooms and green/black mold was on the bed skirt in the master. They moved us to a new renovated room but it was a smaller villa w/o informing me it was late so whatever. Issue is I received no refund for difference in price deluxe villa vs smaller villa. Didn’t realized until a day after check out when receipt was emailed. Called to have it handled, they lied and said I cancelled my original booking which went against the refund policy. Not to mention we ordered take out pizza and w/o my knowledge the waiter added his own tip to my bill and when questioned he lied and gave a bogus story. Not a honest establishment.

It’s overpriced in my opinion. The sheet had a stain on it. It was small, but for as much as they’re charging I expect everything to be top notch. The biggest disappointment is that if you don’t get a balcony room there’s zero privacy! Your curtains open up to the hallway! Even with the privacy curtain you can see right through. That was never disclosed before booking. When we called the front desk to express our frustration they did absolutely nothing. We weren’t allowed to change rooms or receive any type of accommodation. The only upside was the location, but there are better options.
