Location to Disney was great with Super Walmart across the way. Wasn’t happy with checking in took multiple trips wasn’t resolved until I ended up paying even more money for stay. Only to have poor house keeping and even poor renovations and couldn’t use hot tub in my villa due to hugh chunks ceiling letting go into the tub. Spoke with Maintance and never came nor one call from anybody from resort. Extremely disappointed. Took my 6 year old and my teen niece who lives with us. They weren’t happy with any of it

We were located very far from the pools, waterpark and the very limited food options. Our room was very small and there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. We had to call on day 3 to request fresh towels as we were advised that cleaning services are only available to patrons staying over 14 days. The waterpark was open limited hours for non-owners (11-6) which means you have to plan for an entire day at the resort and skip out on Disney parks or other entertainment off the resort.
