The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, not overpriced and well appointed. What really blew us away was the awesome breakfast in the morning! I highly recommend this hotel!!

I picked the property because it has a shuttle to the airport. It said on-site parking. What they failed to say was No Long Term Parking. Therefore I ended up having to drive to airport and park. Very disappointing.

Everything was good except the included breakfast. Sausage was not cook completely, still some what raw. Eggs were cold, waffle maker had not been cleaned so even with the spray, the Waffles were very hard to remove. Breakfast attendant was not friendly at all.

Windgate Orlando Airport

Easy location close to the airport with a shuttle. There are several restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also sells snacks / drinks. Breakfast was just okay. The room was nice and big enough for 3 people.

I just needed a place to sleep for one night. This was clean, affordable, and convenient to the airport. I appreciated the free airport shuttle as well. The only reason I have 4 stars was I felt the condition of the shower tile was getting old and needing replacement. Other than that one thing, it was great.

Very nice room, took shuttle from and to airport, missed our time in morning but Lady at desk was very accommodating and got us another one as we had to get to airport pronto..very pleased with everything even though we only stayed one night..would definitely stay again!

We were able to get off our cruise ship really early, and got to the hotel around 10 am. Barbara was amazing and was able to obtain a room for us to check in so we could rest! Thank you so much! Other staff were very friendly and approachable, from the house cleaning to the lady who took care of breakfast! Only thing that was not so positive were the windows. They were stained with condensation between the two panels and we could not really see outside.

I need to first say that the woman at the front desk was exceptional. She was kind and compassionate. She switched us rooms when we asked. She was apologetic for something that wasn’t her fault and she made it right. The customer service was top notch. The first room we were given was disgusting. We walked in and were immediate hit with the wave of pet urine smell. The front desk lady switched our room and the second room was okay. It smelled fine and seemed clean. The AC didn’t work but it was almost midnight and I just wanted to sleep. The shower had black mold along the caulking. Overall, it was a subpar hotel but we slept comfortably. I would not stay there again.
