The doors are fussy, I had to go back to the desk because I couldn't get the door to open. A staff member fiddled with it for a bit and got it open. Parking is limited. Morning front desk clerk was rude and refused to give me a receipt. When my male colleague asked for one she gave it to him immediately. Not sure why I didn't get the same service. I even pointed it out to her as I was standing right there when she gave him a receipt. She had no good answer. I would not stay here again. The room smelled musty and had some weird air freshener smell.

I'd stay here again. This property is beautifully updated with modern decor. Checking in was a breeze. I arrived early so there weren't any rooms available. I waited maybe about an hour. The team was friendly I appreciated the complimentary snacks and hot beverages in the lobby. Scheduling a shuttle was easy. The room was nice. I love the decor. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was relatively full but when you walked the halls it felt like no one was there. May sound like a bad thing but for a guest it’s a great feeling. The room was very clean, the individual who checked me in was Canadian Level Friendly, and the beds are very comfy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff, who were super accommodating to our travel schedule. Rooms are very clean. The plumbing fixtures could use an upgrade for sure but they still work. Breakfast was also good. Shuttle to airport was timely. Pool area very small and alot of shade but with property orientation, nothing can really be done to remedy. Would stay again.

This hotel was okay except for the room smell. The musty smell of our room was very strong. We didn’t arrive until midnight and it was only a one night stay with an early morning departure, so we decided it wasn’t worth the time and effort to try to switch rooms or hotels. The room showed its age, but looked clean enough, bed was comfortable. Just wish they would take care of that moldy smell.
