Extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to a personal emergency, I had to delay my check-in by one day. I called multiple times—over and over—to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone. I even left messages, and no one got back to me. When I finally arrived the next day, I was told my reservation had been canceled. To make matters worse, my money was not refunded. I paid for a stay that I was unable to use, not because of a no-show, but because the hotel failed to answer their phones or return calls. I understand policies are in place, but guests deserve basic communication and fairness. This situation could have been easily avoided if someone had just picked up the phone. I left feeling frustrated and completely unheard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were roaches everywhere! Can't sleep for 2 nights! Its a very stinky place to stay. I would not recomend this place at all! Never again! Read other comments before booking, i missed that, they are true, roaches are everywhere!!

Location was great but hotel was not great. It has been my worse experience. No front desk staff. To check in I had to use a phone to call customer service then an employee finally came to the front to check me in. Room was dirty. Blood stains on bed and pillow. The bathroom curtain was molded. Walls were dirty as well. Trims of walls, bed, and switches were dusty. No iron provided.
