I booked a deluxe 1 bedroom and paid more for it. Upon check in they put us in the much smaller 1 bedroom. I then had to pack everything back up and my family And go back to the front desk. When I went to the front desk to correct the issue they told me I didn’t book a deluxe room. I showed them my receipt that said deluxe 1 bedroom and they argued with me that because my email confirmation did not say deluxe that there was nothing they could do and that there were no more deluxe rooms available. I then became upset and told them I paid more for this room and my receipt says this is the room I booked and that’s the room I want. After going back and forth and being gaslit (saying I didn’t book a deluxe) a deluxe room magically became available. I was told not to book through a “third party site” because they don’t book the correct rooms. I have stayed here and booked through this website at least 10 times and have never had any issues. I was not pleased with how we were treated upon check in. No apology nothing.

Upon arrival, it was difficult. They said they put me in the wrong room when I pay for a better room and they didn’t want to at first give me the room, but when they seen i paid for that better room they had no choice.

The property was not as clean as I thought it would be. No one cleans the outside. Milk was spilled on the walkway on the 2nd floor and it sat there for the whole 7 days we were there. Plus there was ants everywhere, I thought it was in the kitchen because possible food but once I opened the empty closet they were all over in there. Other than that the stay was nice and the activities were great, my family loved the heated pool!

Cypress Palms Resort is a quaint get-away vacation place. We had a two-bedroom and it was clean and comfy. This is our second time staying here. I would highly recommend this place because it was a great place at an affordable price.

Solo stay for conference in Disney
Beautiful large one bedroom condo (one bedroom deluxe), with full kitchen, small balcony. Room was clean, bed and sheets comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, for preparing meals. Big TV with full set of channels, easy to plug in HDMI accessories. Great location for groceries (Aldi, Walmart, dollar tree), 15- 20 minutes to Yacht and Beach via International Drive and Oceola pkwy. By far the nicest condo facility I've stayed in for conference at Disney.

Our family of four really liked that this was like an apartment! We bought groceries for morning breakfast, coffee was supplied and the balcony was a bonus. It was quiet from outside noise other than kids at the pool. My guys were happy with gym too! My Only complaint, ceiling fans could have provided more movement! They were slow. Highly recommend this property!

The resort is in a great location, the staff are the most friendly helpful staff around. I wish I would have did my research about housekeeping. They do not offer daily housekeeping at all. I was there for 3 weeks. I called and spoke to a manager and they were nice enough to offer one free cleaning service. I would recommend this resort to any one traveling to Orlando and/or Kissimmee.

Love that it’s a condo. Feels like home away from home. Don’t love lack of signage - buildings are numbered but had to get out of car and enter building to find out where unit located in order to park closest to unit. Also only one ramp for carrying luggage using carts. Other entries have high step and luggage falls off cart but love that carts available. Staff friendly. Units are always immaculately clean. Will always stay again.
