It was acceptable and clean. We had an issue with our smoke detector going of due to a low battery at 1am. When we called the guest service number there was no answer. We tried the guest emergency number and no answer. I went to the front desk to tell them and they told me I should have dialed Zero instead. Well maybe that should be listed on the info tag on the phone, maybe…? Other than that it is a a fine place to stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I have a hard time with is that we weren’t given specific instructions on how to get to the Disneyworld parks. But once we figured it out, it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We checked in late on our stay. Staff, particularly valet parking, was very friendly. The elevator was broken so we had to go to another one to get to our room. The room was clean, but not very attractive. At 7 am there was lots of noise from another room so we didn’t really get to sleep in as planned. For a less than 12 hour stay, it was adequate for the price, but I wouldn’t do it for any longer.

The Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, is a good property for visiting Disney. It is close to Disney Springs (AKA Downtown), and also close to use various Disney transportation. The hotel offers a contract bus service which is also good. The hotel staff is wonderful and very attentive to needs. We booked a double garden view room, which was clean and priced within our budget. The rooms are older and have received some updating over the years. It is an "average to above average" hotel. If you need a a clean room, close to Disney without paying high prices, I would recommend.

I have been at this hotel about eight times now never stayed in the session that I was which I dislike look old. The coffee maker was moldy inside. I had to request an another one, the shower top was clot water didn’t go through. It was not the same as before, unfortunately.

This place was very clean and the staff was so nice. So many things in lobby that are very accessible for you from medicine to coffee and food. And gameroom for kids that was a nice touch.

I think the property is clean, I like the location, but I did not sleep at all due to the noise. This hotel has more of a motel feel - the rooms are accessed from the outside and mine was outside of the parking lot/highway. All night I heard people talking, delivery trucks backing into the lot, birds, luggage carts... everything. Also, not many options at all for food. It was fine for a few days, but I will most likely not be booking there in the future.
