Front desk staff (not all-night shift was good) was unprofessional. Although my trip was prepaid they tacked on extra charges. Also they kept trying to persuade me to purchase theme park tickets every time I passed by the lobby. Felt everyone was trying to make money. In addition parking location was inconvenient.

Its nice and pretty clean except for the sheets. Good for 2 to 3 nights. Needs some upgrades - not a big fan of old style rugs. Rooms can get humid. Good shuttle service - on schedule.

The Motel was very nice, an older motel but nice nonetheless. many options for food and drink available. Fantastic location to walk across the pedi bridge to Disney Springs for entertainment. Highly recommend staying here if going to Disney Springs!

I really enjoyed my stay here but they only thing I did not like at all was that I was pressured a lot and I mean a lot from the staff member to go visit the luxury hotel I guess and basically go to a sharetime chat which I was definitely was not interested in at all. The lady was nice at first but after repeatedly saying no to her she got visibly upset. I just wanted to enjoy my short time at Disney and I understand it’s her job but after saying no a couple should be enough and not try to force people to this. Overall the hotel was really nice the bathroom may need to be cleaned a bit but in general would come back to this hotel because of the Disney perks and it being to close to Disney springs was a huge perk.

So easy to walk to Disney Springs. Plus buses to the parks are convenient. Unlike other hotels where there are only one or two buses to the parks all day, they offered buses hourly. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Looking to return in November!

Overall, we loved our stay here! It was our first time trying this specific hotel (we always stay in the Disney Springs area). The staff were super friendly, parking was easy, and the lobby had lots of options for food and drink. Our room was clean and the AC worked beautifully. We didn't get to try the pool area but will definitely stay again!
