The room was clean and appears to have been updated. The only downside is that on top of paying for the room, you are forced to pay $25/day for parking in the parking lot of the hotel that you just got done paying to stay at…that makes zero sense to me.

Ice machines were broken on 3 floors. At 8 am the very loud sound of lead blowers were going. Woke up to very loud and unpleasant smell coming through the door from the gas of the leaf blower. We were on the bottom floor. The only great thing about this stay is it was right over the walkway to Disney Springs.

The hotel is super convenient for your Disney stay. The only thing was they charge both a resort fee and parking fee per day on top of your room rate. We didn't know this until after we booked.

Unfortunately after a long day, we enter our room and our ac was broken. I did not like that maintenance had to come in close to midnight, while I was settling for bed in PJ’s. I wish we could have been moved to another room while they assessed the situation. Anyway, I was a 20 min job, and the ac was great the rest of the night. Overall, great hotel!!!

average room for the price, convenient location with shuttle service. my room happened to have a bathtub drain that didn't drain so well. found some ants in the room, but note that they room opens right outdoors. very friendly and helpful staff.

Confused at checkin...no good place to park to checkin so we were directed to valet....shower water pressure was so strong my child cried every shower...shower flooded bathroom each shower....lots of water damage, small elevator...just felt very run down, moldy and dingy
