The facilities were clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, especially for the value. Unfortunately, I had an unsettling experience with the front desk attendant, Jose which has made me reconsider my desire to return to the hotel. I would love to talk to a manager about this experience.

Very clean, great pillows!
Wow! This was our 5th final night in Florida, just a few days out from Helene and Milton’s destruction. Hotels were hard to come by and fully booked with displaced residents and those here to help. This room was the least expensive for the week, and I didn’t really have high hopes, especially after seeing the parking lot completely full of out of state power trucks. We chose it because of the low price and proximity to the airport. This room far exceeded our expectations! It was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at, the pillows were actually a good size and very comfortable, and the gentleman that checked us in with fast and efficient. I almost walked into the glass shower door because it was so clean! The room floor plan was efficient and the finishes modern and tastefully done. Great job!

The bar & food service was wonderful. Breakfast & the chicken wings were great! The front desk staff was nice. The shuttle drivers were nice. The room was nice, but not very clean. The sheets were stained. The freezer had a block of ice on the back wall.

The shower had mold in the grout and was not cleaned properly. The shower glass door was broken and didn’t shut properly. I stayed a couple days and allowed the cleaning lady in to clean, she did not clean the room at all. All she did was change the sheets and provided new towels, she did not sweep the floor she mopped it ???? Like how do you mop before sweeping up trash. What really made my stay worst was Fernando at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. He talked bad about myself and my guest in Spanish to the housekeeper and didn’t realize I could understand. He should not be at a front desk providing “customer service” to any one. As soon as he seen a line form he started to get an attitude and had a sour look on his face! Very unpleasant. That’s not the attitude you should have during a catastrophic hurricane that’s on the way , show a little more compassion for people we already have to leave out of the comfort of our homes!!I would neverrrr book this hotel or location again! Literally a waste of money .

The room was good, but the shuttle service isn’t the best. I called for a shuttle from the airport and they told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes, called but they didn’t answer, then had to just Uber.
