One of the worst stays of my life. I called the hotel for the shuttle numerous times. They kept on assuring me it would be there soon. After 1.5 hrs went by a driver from another hotel chain who’d noticed me standing there as he’d come and gone at least 3 times, took pity on me and offered to drive me to my hotel which I gratefully accepted.

Dirty Room!

Returned after a long day to a room that was not cleaned. Apparently a clean room is only by request these days. I was not informed prior to booking, nor was I informed when I checked in. Once I returned to a dirty room after my first night, I inquired about the situation and the gentleman at the desk informed me of their policy and then pointed to a placard at the front desk that indicated that rooms would remain dirty to all guests unless they made a request to have a clean room when they checked in. When you stay in a hotel you check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. You pay for an entire day, but only receive 20 hours for a 24 hour price. I had a delayed flight, checked in at 10pm, paid for 24 hours, received only 13 hours and a dirty room!!! Poorly Managed Property! Will not recommend or stay again.

I was nervous because prior review had problems with shuttle and front desk. They may have made some changes but both were very efficient. When I called shuttle I wasn’t sure if it was Wingate or Wyndham garden so she clarified. Felt safe but no easy walkable restaurants, they have one in the building but ubered instead.

The check in was terrible. Two ladies who were younger ladies had zero customer service skills. While one was severely lacking in customer service skills the other was playing with her personal cell phone. This is not a budget hotel and I’ve gotten better service at a low budget hotel. I was surprised that the room did not have a coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a microwave too but the lack of coffee maker I don’t understand. I’m a gym guy so it was nice to use the workout area. One treadmill, one Eliptical, and two bikes. No equipment other than dumbbells that went up to 50lbs but useable for me. I wonder how well this kind of service would go over if you weren’t in a big tourist city.

I would have given the hotel 4-5 stars for the property itself, but the shuttle service is severely lacking. We arrived in Orlando and I called for the shuttle when we got our bags. They said they were sending someone. 30 min later, I called to check and was told it take 15-30 mins from calling for them to get there. 90 min total waiting and we finally called an uber. We set up the shuttle for the next day at 10 back to the airport and it was 20 minutes late. Do not recommend if you’re on a schedule.
