The condition of the property was good and generally the staff were friendly. However, when we checked in, we were pulled off to the side by an employee who then went into a long sales pitch about time share/vacation club. This person was telling us it was better to not use the early entry benefit of stating here and instead to go to a two hour sales presentation before entering Epcot at 11 am. It felt so gross. Quite frankly, staying at one of the Disney properties is a much better option. The room cost is comparable, you don’t have to pay for parking, and the transportation options are better.

We had a great stay. It was very easy to access Disney springs from the hotel and the transportation to the parks was easy to use. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to watch the fireworks at Epcot every night from our window which was amazing. We had a great time and would stay again!

Short walk to Disney Springs.
The overall location in Orlando/proximity of this hotel to Disney Springs is well-worth almost any cost. That being said, the cost of this hotel is very appropriate. Lastly, the free shuttles to the Disney parks, which also include a 30-minute "early admission" to the parks, is another amazing opportunity that is offered at this hotel. I've stayed here twice and I've been satisfied on both occasions.

Too loud!
We came to Disney for 2 nights and they put us directly next to construction. It started before 9am with chipping hammers, and saw's and didn’t end until the end of the day so there was no where to relax during the day as we were there to enjoy Jollywood and other late night festivities. We left exhausted. We felt they shouldn’t have put people in those rooms because they were paper thin and we could hear crying babies and kids through the walls, which is to be expected at Disney. The bus service was great as was the view.

We were woken at midnight with a fire alarm; when we made to the lobby, there was no guidance from staff and a while later someone walked through just saying it was over. No further explanation was give.

Didn’t have a great stay the construction was terrible in the rooms next door to ours. It was loud and they would wake us up super early everyday. Then the day of check out someone from the front desk came to our room and asked if we were leaving. I was annoyed as I had an alarm set for a specific time each day and got woken up before that time each day, then out of no where there was a sheet of paper left on the bed stating the water supply would be unavailable between 10 and 5 pm on one of the days which was bad. We couldn’t shower couldn’t use the bathroom. My son that is 7 with autism held his poop and needed up stopping up the toilet and was so embarrassed. We called for a plunger and it took over an hour to receive one. It really was inconvenient,

The lady at check in was a little rude. Other than that, I stayed 1 night and didn't have any other interaction with hotel staff. It was not a very welcoming hotel and I won't be staying there again, nor recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff beside from the front desk keep selling the have a promotion for a week ‘FREE’ hotel trying to asking you pay $40 for uber and go for a talk and get a free one week hotel deal . After I paid $40 , they saying that don’t go with my husband. Pretend I’m single or get that free hotel . I was like …why? And I have no idea what they trying to say . After that I saying I don’t want this free total anymore . And they refuse to give me back the $40. And saying that $40 in state wasn’t mean anything . I was like …. Ok ? So ? I don’t want to have free total now . I couldn’t get my $40 back if this mean nothing to you !????!??? Crazy staff

I will not stay at this resort ever again. It is very outdated and the staff was very rude! There are nicer and more up to date resorts and even hotels less than a mile down the road that cost less. The cost for this resort does not match the quality. The only benefit for us was they offered transportation to the park, that was it. We will be staying at a hotel close by next time that offers transportation. Sure beats having to pay an expensive resort fee and not getting anything for it.
