Everyone was very friendly and it was very convenient they do have shuttle buses to The theme park for free i even did a late check out at 2pm it was very convenient for a visit to Orlando I was very satisfied with my stay and will visit again in the future

We stayed in the main tower and it was absolutely beautiful. I paid a very low price, far lower than what the original asking price was through the hotel. A king size bed, felt like I was in Disney but I wasn't

This is an excellent facility near everything Disney. I have stayed at Disney properties for over and this hotel meets every criteria that Disney can offer!!! Worth the cheaper price and service is excellent. Great beds and linens!! Wish tvs had streaming services

Hotel was very nice and allowed an early check-in. Wifi worked well, Pool was clean and the bartender was extremely nice! The bus transportation to Animal Kingdom wasn't on time, there were multiple other hotel stops along the way which prevented access to early opening. I would say in general the busses were hit or miss. Will stay here again as the accommodation was nice.

On check in the parking is inconvenient. Parking attendants insist you give them your vehicle keys while you check in. Front desk forgot to give me a parking pass. Finally arrived at the room found small little bugs in the room all over. Had to move rooms. Just not worth the trouble. Oh and 150 dollar hold on your credit card. Never again.
