Location of the room was very noisy. Lots of windows opening and closing. Water turning on and off. Cupboards banging shut. Not a peaceful night. Front desk called me 10 minutes before check out to see when I was leaving. Seemed odd since I was not past check out time.

Good little place
The manager could not have been nicer. Offering us great recommendations for dinner with 3 little kids and 6 adults! When we came back from dinner he opened the pool for us. He has closed it up early because no one had been using it. The kids had a ball. The location is great. Walkable to restaurants. There are lots of different beaches around. You have to drive to them, but lots to choose from. The rooms were a good size and have mini-fridges. We came with family. But my husband and said we would stay there again for sure.

The owners have done some redecorating and renovations! We found our room very clean and nicely decorated. A continental breakfast was provided of fresh bagels, fruit, yogurt and beverages in a comfortable and clean dining area.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and hospitality of this hotel. We were there on August 2, 2024, a day before meeting our family for our annual cape vacation. Choosing the Rodeway Inn in Orleans was not our usual stop before moving into our home rental, but very glad we chose this site. The room was very modern with excellent accessories and the beds were new and extremely comfortable. Also met the owner, Mike who was very gracious and hospitable. We will definitely be stopping her again in the future. My wife also found the detail of a real coffee cup in the room, instead of styrofoam as a very nice touch.
