What a find!!!
Great option in this area that is quiet, comfortable, clean, modern enough with a fair amount of interesting things to do within walking distance. The breakfast was homemade muffins (good), a variety of cereals, coffee, tea, juice. I stayed two nights off season for less than $250. Worked for me and will definitely stay here again. Front desk staff and cleaners were kind and knowledgeable. I was hoping to swim, but it was a cold.

Clean motel that offers a small continental breakfast. We had a great stay. Just make sure to check in before 8pm because the office is only opened from 8-8!

All the reviews I read were right on! Very nicely updated and clean..so important. Great location, near beaches, restaurants, shopping. The owners were so friendly and the warm home baked muffins were delicious. Highly recommend!

The place was exceptionally clean! No musty smell that you sometimes get in motels. It was quiet. Once in your room you did not hear any noise from the road. Water pressure wasn’t super strong but you had plenty of hot water. Owner was very nice! Continental breakfast was included in the price which was nice but it was very small; cereal, fresh baked muffins, juice, coffee and tea. If you want eggs and such you need to go out. I suggest “A Hole in One” which is close by, reasonably priced, several choices and a phenomenal wait staff.

We stayed at this motel for a long weekend Cape Cod getaway with our two-year-old and our seven month old. It was a very pleasant stay with a room that was very comfortable and clean. I wish that I had known that we could’ve booked a room to bring our dog, that would’ve been ideal and I don’t believe that was well advertised.

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need. Hairdryer, iron and irioning board, soaps and shampoos, microwave, fridge and continental breakfast for a very reasonable price. The service is very good and the beds extremely comfortable. Clean and convenient. Access to everything mid Cape. Great place to stay!

This place was very clean and updated. The host would have warm muffins in the morning. She was wonderful. We really enjoyed this motel. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely choose this place again.
