Our air conditioner didn't work, our TV didn't work, the pool was closed for apparently a long time with no information online about it. Breakfast was very minimal choices. Lady at the front desk did try to find us a better room where they air conditioner worked okay. You do get a free drink voucher to the attached restaurant which was definitely taking advantage of!

Didn't like smell, at night grill was so busy we couldn't find a parking spot. Says it has a pool and we were told the pool has been out of service for a long time with no intentions of repairing it. Third floor carpet stained and dirty. Room was nice in general. If you come back to room at night good luck finding parking.

Room toilet was leaking water. Also very upset to see the pool was out of service. Rooms were clean except for mirrors they were dirty. Also a/c unit was leaking water and caused carpet to be wet in that area.

Very convenient location, but the condition of the property is poor: dirty, stained carpets, poor condition of the bathtub, lights and TV didn't work. One of our rooms had wet carpeting, and the staff quickly assigned a new room. However, we spotted a cockroach and a spider in there. The breakfast was minimal at best. The beds were comfortable and the staff seemed to be a doing their best, but the room cost was high and the facilities really need a lot of work.

Would definitely stay here again

We booked 2 rooms for the night while traveling home from vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit worn. The breakfast was what I'd call a Continental breakfast, as there were no waffles, or hot items. For that reason we didn't eat breakfast there. The staff was great. We wanted to make a change in one of the rooms and it wasn’t a problem at all. They were accommodating and very friendly!

Drive a little farther and stay somewhere else

The place was filthy, smelled terrible and there was a cockroach in the lobby right at the door. The room had trash in the dresser from the last guest. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the hot and cold water for the shower was reversed. They advertised an indoor pool but there wasn’t any water in it and wasn’t posted anywhere online indicating so. The service was mediocre. The breakfast, I’ll just say we passed on that. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was disgusting. Mold on all surfaces and all the fixtures were rusted from moisture. The clothed chairs in the breakfast area were sooo dirty and stained that I would not sit on them. They offered toast with frozen butter, no jam, honey or peanut butter. They offered cream cheese and no bagels. They cream for you coffee was no name powdered coffee whitener from Walmart. The evening desk lady was awesome! The morning guy was about as dumb and lazy as they come.
