Fantastic place and so convenient. Other than having the front desk guy bang on my door 3 times at night, the 3rd time to tell me the computer glitched and someone else was booked for the room I had been in since 3pm- why he didn’t just give them another room- it was practically empty- rather than hassle me I’m not sure. I’m guessing that was not the norm. Overall one of the cleanest and freshest looking places I’ve stayed and for a great price.

Location was great, property and parking was great. Check in and out was great. Everything was great except breakfast 😌 There is no free or even reduced breakfast, guests are required to purchase breakfast from hotel cafe which is an extreme disappointment. For this we won't be staying again. Sorry.

We had a very nice stay at Ursa! The room was clean and beautiful, parking was easy (and the parking lot was plowed early each morning), and it was nice to have the little coffee bar available when we got up. We appreciate you!
