Awful front desks agent. Miscommunication. Because I'm deaf and i can talk and signs. This lady who agent and was gavinh me the wrong room i wasn't expected. This was not the same room as i was booking as roo. Shows . Bed was hard and I'm hurting my back and necks. AC wasn't worked properly. Too cold and unable to control the AC. I'm done with this Hotel. So embarrassed 😳

For the amount we spent and the past reviews, we believed we were getting a resort level stay. With a resort fee, you would think that the breakfast would be included or even water would be included. No. $5.55 a bottle for water and $18 a day for breakfast if you so choose. The rooms and facilities are heavily outdated and bathrooms moldy. The staff initially were lovely and kind, however, the evening time staff were definitely less kind and helpful. There is so much potential in this place, but the lack of upkeep and updates is evident. Pay less and stay elsewhere until they can update and renew this place. It’s not worth the cost with just the location alone.

Beautiful property but dated. Four Seasons is synonymous with quality service. This hotel does not meet standard and needs a serious remodel. Waterworks throughout hotel were not working. Refrigerator had food in it when I checked in and I paid $18/day service fee that did not cover breakfast. I asked for bottled water and was charged $5.55 a bottle. Friendly staff in restaurants and at checkin/out. Just disappointed that owner let this beautiful property fall apart.

I booked based off the pics online- DO NOT BE FOOLED I was put in a building separate from the lobby- literally filthy and falling apart. Got to the room- turned around and walked out- dirty, outdated, my child literally said no. Went to the desk, the lady was friendly and helpful- great all around. Got a new room- attached to the lobby- smelled horrible, fountain was not operating and stale, water in whatever water feature was in the entryway had very questionable things floating in it and the carpet was coming up all over the place. Stayed in the new room- which was OK but not even close to the $200 a night being charged, for about an hour and finally left because of noise and just generally being uncomfortable. Bulldoze this place immediately.

My family and I got to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool as a family during the day and by night my husband and I were able to relax in the adult swimming are. The pool spa/ indoor/outdoor pool was a 10/10 huge hot tub! The food at HK's was an excellent dining choice for dinner! The property has beautifully landscaped walking paths with a magnificent Japanese Garden. Finally the lakeside view just tops this lodging experience.
