We were on the 4th floor and the hallway and our rooms smelled moldy. We had to run the air with the window open for two days and it finally got better. The pool was closed due to an employee taking home the keys to unlock the gate. We were told they will not come back just to unlock the gate.There was never anyone at the front desk in the evening if you need anything. We were very disappointed. I'm glad we only stared for two nights

Rarely if ever do I leave a bad review but we did not have a good experience here at all, it’s been a week and the issue is still not resolved . I booked a suite and was given what they call a larger room. No couch or hide a bed. Simply more walking space between the bed and tiny tv. No jacuzzi. Simply a double queen room with a chair. I checked out after one night, was planning to stay 3 nights, that’s what I booked and am still being charged for. This has been a nightmare. I did book through Expedia, and have had many conversations with them beginning the first night. They have called the motel several times and spoke with someone and somehow this is still not resolved. The biggest problem being that I should not be paying for a suite, when I did not have a suite and the person who checked us in arguing that it was a suite. The morning staff agreed that at least should have had a couch.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast. Staff was professional. Very good price for the area. The bed pillows are small so bring your own if that is an issue.

Close to amphitheater

Very clean! We arrived 45 min early and we were allowed to check in. The hotel desk clerk kept us informed of changes at the concert. He also recommended an Irish restaurant that was excellent. We plan on using this motel again for other concer.

Speedy check in property was clean and convenient to Ozark Ampitheatre. However, we walked into an 84 degree room that was super musty smelling. The AC unit was set on fan only blowing hot air on a day that the temps were near 100 degrees and the humidity was 90%. The smell never went away, The property was fully booked, so we dealt with it. We will not stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Friendly hotel staff, immaculate facility. We came for a concert at the Camdenton Amphitheatre and thank goodness they provide a shuttle! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.

concert weekend

We attended a concert at the Ozark amphitheater. Location to venue was great, plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel could use updating and maintenance work. One working ice machine, hot tub not working. all in all, when we attend another concert, we will stay here.

Overall good stay

The staff was wonderful and everything was generally clean. Those are important for sure! The breakfast offered was better than most places. The pools and hot tub were not in working condition and even when we were allowed to use the one pool, the water was still cloudy. The ice machine didn’t work the entire time we were there.

Yikes

There was a dead animal strode all over the entrance of the property. It was a large deer. The pool was not in working order was told maintenance had been aware of both issues. Could not even pull out of the property without getting that animal on your car. No apology was given on the conditions.
