Our room is very small but it was okay for a night stay. Not near attractions /stations meaning not walkable , we have to take taxi . It’s very busy hotel with lots of people staying .it was busy when we arrived they gave machine for check in , it lacks direct communication / assistance from staff . It has hot spring and they provided what you need to use it. Great dining experience on 3rd floor restaurant we enjoyed breakfast buffet .

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! Just a heads up if you have tattoos you can't use the public bath, which is understandable given the culture. Spa service, convince store, bar, and restaurants all in the hotel.

A great modern hotel, immaculately clean and friendly and helpful staff. I was disappointed that I had to pay extra to use the gym, which consisted of two old running machines and a three resistance / weights options.

While it took me a day or two to figure out the most direct route to Osaka Station this hotel was an amazing stay for 3 nights. Stayed in a single room, I highly recommend staying here—about 20 min total from the neon lights of downtown via walking to the subway line.

I stayed here for two weeks. This hotel has everything! The breakfast buffet is delicious with a large variety of both Japanese and western food. There are public baths, a gym, a convenience store, and even coin laundry which was great during a long stay. And the location is perfect. There is an entrance to the vast underground shopping area just a short walk up the street from the hotel entrance. Train stations are connected to the underground shopping area. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and really made me feel welcome during my stay. Plus, you really can't find a better price in this area.
