I’d give this a poor rating due primarily for the lack of air conditioning and false advertising about it. Yes, it does have ‘centrally controlled’ air conditioning for the entire hotel but not individual rooms. Cannot open windows due to tremendous road noise and airplane traffic. Rooms are so small that one literally must climb over the other person to get in bed. Advantage is close to train station.

Biggest issue was no air conditioning for room although they state that it’s centrally managed. Rooms way to small to lay out belongings to get organized. For a couple one of you has to climb over the other to get into bed. For one person ok but not two. Upsides are close to central Osaka train station, atm, and black cat luggage shuttle service. I’d pick something else next time.
