The front desk staff were all polite n friendly, yet they mostly can’t speak fluent English also the rooms were not cleaned everyday, only once every three days

The property is really well located in the central area of Osaka. There's lots to do around the property, and lots of places to go eat as well. The rooms are small, but that is expected in Japan. They are well equip with lots of extras that make the stay better. The staff were helpful as well. I did find some small cleanliness issues in my room, some hairs and dust (not on the linens, so didn't really bother me much). I did make use of the washer/dryer facility, but had to wait for others to finish. There are only two washing machines and two driers for such a large hotel, they could definitely do with more.
