Staff were helpful. We booked a joining room and it was decent size. Lobby has enough space for guest. Very close to train station and 10 to 15 minutes walk to Osaka Castle.

Very close to metro ( 1 minute walk exit 3) and short distance to the station for Kyoto and a shopping mall there. However, the room is very small as well as the public bath area.

It is convenient, cheap, and has everything you need. Especially if you are a solo traveler it is the best option. Of the things I didnt like, my room was full of white flakes came from the AC. I dont know why but everytime thar I turned the AC ON a lot of white dirt felled from the ceiling and got everywhere. Besides that everything was good.

Rooms are impossibly small. Two people cannot be standing up in the room at the same time. Booked for two people, but our room only had 1 pillow and towels. They gave a 2nd one on request, but it was removed by the cleaning service the next day. The TV is made for Japanese only with all VOD shows having low verbal columns and Japanese only subtitles. Staff does not speak English. Breakfast was the worst of the 6 hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Gave 2 stars because price was low. Oh, look up the politics of the APA owner and don't stay here.

The rooms were really small. Only place to open the luggage is on top of the bed, or there is no place to even stand. The luggage can be stored under the bed when not in use though. Otherwise, very functional suite.

Typical Japanese business hotel, small rooms, but comfortable and very practical. Ideal for a brief stay on business. The hotel offers a nice Japanese breakfast.
