Convenient to the area we wanted to be in. Close to subway line, shopping, night market. Have never done check-in at a kiosk before for a large hotel.... so that was a first (but quick and effective). Long line to check your bags for the day at checkout - so pro tip would be bring your bags down before breakfast!

Property was great! Rooftop was amazing! Public bath 10/10. Staff could use a little help. They were a much busier hotel and had no one on staff who could speak English to help English speaking guests. Had an issue with shipping luggage. Check in and check out was a breeze though!

The booking process was smooth, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. However, we felt the experience lacked the warm hospitality we usually associate with hotels in Japan. It felt more like a stylish hostel or self-service accommodation rather than a full-service hotel. While some travelers may prefer this minimal interaction, it would be helpful if the listing clearly set those expectations for future guests.

Brilliant location, very central & close to Dotonbori. There are some lovely restaurants close & the 7/11 on the 4th floor was very convenient. The check in and out was great & the staff are very helpful. The standard room functions remarkably well for such a small room but it is incredibly small, and very difficult to manoeuvre in for 2 people with 2 large cases. Everything else was great.

Check in was simple and fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was somewhat lackluster with room temperature food sometimes and No taking food back to your room. Not very knowledgeable about local activities. NO pool.sauna.massage.jacuzzi if you have visible tattoos!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

We loved the public baths and the fresh towels daily. We booked 4 rooms and 3 of the rooms had no room to open 2 suitcases. Also, the elevator was always busy and we had long waits to go up and down.

This is your average APA hotel except with more restaurants. The main complaint is the elevator took so long because there were so many guests other than that, the rooms were identical to other APA’s I’ve stayed at

Really happy with this place: Great baths, amazing view from the roof, room was small but had everything we needed... Unfortunately, the lift situation in this building is ridiculous. There aren't enough for a building this size, and we regularly had to wait 5-10 minutes for one. There's no access to stairs (as seems to be the norm in Japan) so you're just stuck waiting a lot of the time.

The hotel is very easy to access from either bus terminal or train station. It is easy and walkable to dining and shopping areas. Though there are many elevators for hotel guests, sometimes it’s quite busy.

It was very confusing checking in and very.long lines. The machines wouldnt except japanese id for workers in japan. Didnt have a passport. Also couldnt split payment between 2 people.

Good hotel, very convenient. Didn’t really do cleaning, obvious pieces of trash were sometimes not picked up. Not dirty though. Very close to Namba station and Dotombori which is very very nice.
