Amazing Staff and Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this place, I did a solo trip to Japan and had a half week stay here. Staff was very friendly and were very polite. Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. I would love to come here again next time I come to Japan and visit Osaka!

A very comfortable stay. I stayed solo for 5 nights. The hotel room isn’t the biggest, but it’s well kept and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the station which allows access into central Osaka and outer areas too. The staff are friendly are understanding. Would stay here again.

きれいなホテルでした。少しホテルの駐車場がわかりづらいなと感じましたが、すぐそばに駐車場ができていたのでよかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

急なお泊りも

電車がなくなって友達の家と思ってましたが急遽予約して泊まる事になりましたがカード決済にしてたのでスムーズに部屋にも入れて気兼ねなく　泊まれてリーズナブルでした喫煙の部屋しかなかったので少し気になりましたが消臭スプレーで緩和しました

先ず冷蔵庫に電源が入っていないのにガッカリした。牛乳1本、翌朝に飲むために疲れた身体をなんとか奮い立たせコンビニで買って入れて置いたのに、朝電源が入っていないのに気付き、また朝一忙しい思いをして買いに走った。確かに冷蔵庫にシールが貼ってあったが、飛行機の遅延もあり夜遅く食事出来る店も閉まっていて、疲れてチェックインした自分は翌朝も予定があり、なる早で休まなければならなかったので、その小さいシールには気付かなかった。もっと目立つ掲示にしてほしかった。朝食付きかどうかフロントでも軽く声かけしてほしかった。連日他ホテルも予約してたので、サイトを改めて開く体力や時間も無かったので、どのホテルが朝食付きか覚えてないので。あと、駅まで歩道橋を昇り降りしないとならないのには、ため息が出た。
