This was a beautiful hotel with amazing views especially from the higher floors. Definitely make sure to check out the onsen .....even if you have tattoos, they offer private rooms! Family mart is directly across from the entrance for all of you convenient store needs and is surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Really great stay! We were on the 38th floor with a perfect view of the ferris wheel lighting up every night! It's also super close to both the Osaka Loop Line, which gets you nearly everywhere, and the C line! We also went to the nearby onsen which was lovely. The hotel is also surrounded by shops such as a 24 hr convenience store, a pharmacy, a daiso, and several places to eat! Mostly for breakfast.

When I booked, I kinda expected the hot spring that offered with the hotel was within the same building or at least walkable indoor to the hot spring, but it was a separate building that you had to walk outside to get to in so it was inconvenient. And also the staff at the front desk didn’t inform us that there is a bath tax and when I got the hot spring. I didn’t bring any cash with me which was annoying. Staff was friendly though and property was clean and well maintained. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t have bought the breakfast package if I knew it wasn’t good. Out of the 3 morning we only ate once even we paid for it. It wasn’t good at all, almost as bad as airplane meals.
