Amazing bathing area and food options were pretty good in the lobby, the area was also extremely great to be in and just 20 minutes from dotonburi, wish I spent a little more time here.

We had fire from Hotel announcements asked us to go to the lobby which was on 17th floor. If the fire was big or other disaster I’m pretty sure that we are all dead! Hotel people were welcoming their new hotel guests. No support or apology 😅

This is a beautiful hotel, with incredible views. The only thing stopping me giving it a full 5 stars is the bed is just way too hard. It’s a common theme in Japan, and I just don’t understand it! It’s like sleeping on concrete. They really need to have a way to accommodate western guests’ preferences for comfortable beds, instead of only catering to the domestic market in this regard. Any westerner travelling to Japan needs to be aware of this issue, particularly if you have back or hip issues.

everything was great. me and my husband both has tattoos and their onsen was tattoo friendly. the staffs were really really kind and polite. the laundry room had a lot of washer and dryer(you can check the laundry sratus through tv) gym was big enough. the onsen was the best 👌

The hotel in general is very clean, i believe it is newly built. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the city! Adjustable lighting throughout the room created a very relaxing ambience. Water bottles and towels etc were always refilled daily, the staff were very kind and courteous. The bath tub, shower, and toilet placement were very nice! If your sharing the room with a friend it probally would not be suitable as there is no privacy shade/door to cover the bath tub/shower wall. You will end up seeing your friend naked haha. I highly recommend staying at the Osaka Candeo tower!
