Location, location, location

A comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. The king bed was enormous and overtook the room. Good amenities were provided and the breakfast option was tasty, lots of choices for all cultures.

Stay outside of the centre and look at Umeda

Probably best not to visit central Osaka, it's dirty, people are rude and pushy in the crowds, unlike the rest of Japan. The hotel was a good location and that was it. Room was tiny, good job I didn't bring a cat as I couldn't have swung it in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning required, it's obviously very busy and they just don't get the time to clean properly.

This property is conveniently located. Various dining options, shopping etc. are within walking distance. Hotel staff was also courteous, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this property. I would stay here again.

Candeo Hotel, Osaka, Namba is a nice hotel and is convieniently located. Staff at this property are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if my travel plans bring me back to Osaka.

The hotel entrance definitely misleads you into thinking your stay will be a pleasant one. The walk to our room set the stage for the stay. We had a hallway of trash just laying out. The smell was horrible and leeched into our room. The room had visible stains and bugs. We couldn’t sleep due to other guests upstairs making noise all throughout the night. Would not recommend staying here unless you are just in Osaka to drink and party.

Super crowded and a little run down. Always very packed and made you wonder if everything was really cleaned well. The breakfast buffet was really terrible and a huge waste of money. Elevators were always packed and in use. There should definitely be more for the amount of people in the hotel.

We absolutely loved our time here. Our only complaint is that we would’ve wanted ‘streaming services’ as an option on the TV. It rained a couple nights during our stay and on those nights, Netflix and good Japanese food are the best days.

I didn’t love this hotel, the room was not as clean as I would’ve liked with the sofa being visibly stained in our room. They also gave us two twin beds which is not what I initially booked. We had breakfast here and the pastries were delicious but the other hot food items were served lukewarm which made my husband sick. The location was convenient to Dotonburi but I don’t think I would stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the rooftop sauna featured in the photos, but it was nothing like what was advertised. There was no privacy and the view was completely different from what was shown online. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Most disappointingly, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. This experience was far from what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
