This was a really nice hotel. I think the spa on the rooftop really was the icing for the cake for me clean great staff good rooms.

Property was clean and in close proximity to the main attractions. Close to the metro as well and they will hold your bags before/after your stay. It wasn’t “dark” as many have mentioned. We had a king bed room and our only complaint is the room was designed for aesthetics and not practicality, such as storage space, for travelers.

Newly built, modern hotel with friendly staff in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Dotonburi and major shopping spots. Travelled as a family of 3 with our 2 year old.

very nice hotel. friendly staff. clean room. conveniently located next to shinsai bashi and dotonbori. I would definitely book this place again given the chance to come back here in Osaka. The onsen was pretty too. wished i could take pictures. The staff let us use the onsen early in the AM even without our tattoo covered because it was too big for the cover they provide and since no one was going to be using it at the time we wanted too. Good laundry room reasonable price.

You are in the heart of Osaka, very best to dotonburi. It is easy to find and very nice reception. Rooms are a bit dated for our taste but service was impeccable.

Hotels in Osaka are known to be very small. This is a hotel that you can choose how many beds you want in your room, which was a big plus. We got a room with three beds. It had a sitting area with a table. The hotel provide you with slippers and everything else that you need. Hotel is located pretty central. It’s closer to all the shopping and food.

“This hotel had an unbeatable location right in the heart of Dotonbori, with shopping, attractions, and train stations all just a 5-minute walk away. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, everything was exceptionally clean, and the facilities provided were more than adequate. It was definitely worth the price—nothing extravagant, but it delivered exactly what I needed. The overall vibe was great; it won’t blow you away, but it certainly won’t disappoint either.”
