Very convenient location as it was walkable to dotonburi & shopping areas. Good breakfast buffet, only downside was thermostat in the room could not be adjusted & fridge was not working at all.

Very accessible location, walking distance to excellent shopping and dining options. Near to subway station as well. Good facilities, suitable for families. Will return for my next trip to Osaka.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location however the rooms were incredibly noisy and we were constantly being awoken by other room noises and streets noises hearing all the cars and motorcycles. For such a modern looking building the windows are not sound reducing and the walls very thin

Best hotel ever by famous shopping street
This hotel is truly upscale amazing and a five star experience. The Spa alone is amazing with a excellent lap pool that is gorgeous and a beautiful lobby to sit in as well as a outdoor patio area by the pool that is absolutely stunning.

Property was clean and in close proximity to the main attractions. Close to the metro as well and they will hold your bags before/after your stay. It wasn’t “dark” as many have mentioned. We had a king bed room and our only complaint is the room was designed for aesthetics and not practicality, such as storage space, for travelers.

very nice hotel. friendly staff. clean room. conveniently located next to shinsai bashi and dotonbori. I would definitely book this place again given the chance to come back here in Osaka. The onsen was pretty too. wished i could take pictures. The staff let us use the onsen early in the AM even without our tattoo covered because it was too big for the cover they provide and since no one was going to be using it at the time we wanted too. Good laundry room reasonable price.

You are in the heart of Osaka, very best to dotonburi. It is easy to find and very nice reception. Rooms are a bit dated for our taste but service was impeccable.
