Ok hotel but not customer friendly.

Nice hotel but they don't answer the phone so I was not able to confirm my reservations. The fridge did not work and all my food got spoiled. When I mentioned that to them they did not offer an compensation.

Really nice location, the views from the room are stunning. However, the rooms are way too tight and small. If you miss to ask for cleaning the room before 7:30 am on your tv, room is not getting cleaned. We called the front desk as we missed the very early window to schedule cleaning and they only removed the garbage and brought new towels.

It's a little tricky to find the hotel reception area. But they were an amazing team! They really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay! The room was amazing too! It is perfect for a couple's weekend getaway, if you know what I mean.

Sky spa was amazing touch to this hotel

It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar. Also the lounge access allowed you to drink for free and snack for free which was really nice when trying to plan things or have a break from walking around.
