Price vs expectations
We spent 7 days at that hotel. It is a nice hotel, nice room and restaurant on-site make it easy for breakfast but the mold on the bath joint was a turn off from the beginning. Not a bar with free stuff or in room like in other hotels (eg. Razor). No washing / dryer machine in the hotel but at least, there's some laundromat in less than 5 min walk from the hotel. If it was less expansive, I would have rate it higher but for the price paid, I was expecting more than other hotels I've in Japan that were less expensive. For almost the same price, we will try another 5 stars hotel we were hesiting with next time.

Hmmm not quite a 5 star hotel. Perhaps 4.5 more fitting. Not that there were any glaring issues, but our corner room on a premium floor felt like a studio apartment. Modern and comfortable but lacking in drawers for clothing, so you’re living out of your suitcase. Great shower! Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly conveniently located next to a mall and short walk to Dotonburi.

This hotel was excellent! Very comfortable, convenient location, delicious restaurants. Loved the rooftop dining! Very walkable, close to the train station, convenience stores, and lots of shopping options nearby.
