We had a very good stay here - the rooms are modern and very large. The bathrooms are quite small and less modern. We also found the elevators very slow and could be quite busy (especially during breakfast time). Location is good, not great, public transport/shopping/food is all a bit of a walk.

The room was spacious and clean! Check in was easy, the hotel was close to a lot of places, esp Kuromon Market. It was easy to get here from the station. I loved the guest lounge and the water and ice station on each level.

Hotel Citadines Namba was recommended to us and lived up to expectations! Perfect location with tons of shopping, dining, bars, and historic sites nearby. Super convenient transportation with metro station close by. Loved the lobby bar and free coffee, friendly helpful staff, and amazing breakfast at a great price. Excellent choice!

Citadines Namba Osaka is a great hotel. Mellow vibe, good location, helpful staff. the rooms are comfortable and the entire hotel is comfortable, actually. Breakfast was great and they had nice conveniences, including self-serve laundry. Walking distance to Dotonbori. I would definitely stay here again.
