Excellent location as it is literally beside Shin-Osaka station where you can go anywhere including the Shinkansen bullet trains to Tokyo or local train lines reaching Universal Studios Japan. Steps away to a McDonald’s if you want to get a quick bite or breakfast. We will book here again for its convenience.

Proximity to Shin-Osaka station is so convenient, literally right next door!!!! Aside from Shin-Osaka station serving transportation needs it also provides many dining and shopping options too! The Courtyard by Marriot property itself, is well maintained and staffed. The room is comfortable and clean. Good value for the price

Excellent location and room is big enough. Good customer service. No microwave in rooms in case I need to heat a pre-cooked items bought in shopping area nearby in times where I need it. This hotel is located almost in the Shin Osaka station. Will stay again in the future hopefully they provide even a small microwave. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent job in treating everyone a VIP!

Extremely convenient if you intend to use either shinkansen to Tokyo and JR trains to Kyoto and Kobe. Room has all necessary amenities. Just TV package could be improved with smart tv. Plenty affordable food options in the station. Go to "Le petit mec" bakery for your morning croissants, they're outstanding!

I selected this hotel for its proximity to Shin-Osaka station. From this station you can easily get anywhere in Osaka and lots of external connedtions like Kyoto and Hiroshima. Food choice is amazing at the station.

The only the negative thing I have to say about this place is not really a negative at all; it is far from downtown, but RIGHT next to the Osaka Shinkasen station which I cannot explain how convenient that is. It’s comfy, clean, staff are nice, and beds are comfy. I would stay here again.

So conveniently located to Shin-Osaka station where the Shinkasen stops.....just right next door connected by a bridge. You can easily take the local trains to Dotombori, Osaka castle, and other tourist spots. Make sure to get the ICOCA card while in Japan. So convenient to use for trains, buses, subways.
